Milagros Rodriguez is a state certified teacher of Spanish bringing 23 years as an educator at the high school and university level. She has trained teachers throughout her career. Teaching others her distinctive techniques. Milagros started her career as translator/interpreter and in 1995 obtained a bachelor's degree in translation and Interpretation from Ricardo Palma University in Lima-Peru. Moving to the United States, Milagros found a passion for teaching. She continued her education and in 2011, she received a Master of Arts in Teaching as well as a Master of Arts Educational Leadership from the University of Massachusetts of Dartmouth in 2016. She completed her Doctoral work from the University of Massachusetts of Dartmouth in 2022 in Philosophy Educational Leadership and Policy Studies. She is a member of ACTFL (American Council of the Teaching of Foreign Languages) and the World Language Leaders Network. Dr. Rodriguez was born in Peru but currently resides with her husband and two daughters in the city of New Bedford.
